Does anyone know what pan that was? Looks nonstick and for a second when he got it out of the cupboard and spun it in his hand it looked like it was copper (?!) but I'm thinking now that it could just be discoloured/discolored aluminium/aluminum. Any thoughts?

I use a stainless steel pan to cook my salmon skin-side down. I can never ever get it to flip with the skin intact. This method did allow me to cook the fish more evenly but flipping was again a big failure.

I did everything right but cut into the skin side , was fucking raw inside , so damn mad at myself , had to throw it back on the pan and mash that shit up so I can get some crispy bits to throw into my salad . Have to remember it
