My pork chops were not cooked through, still a little pink in the center.(maybe they were a little thicker) The taste was amazing but i would suggest cooking them a little longer. Followed everything exactly. The onion gravy is so good on its own. will be making this again.

When u marinate your pork, add little bit oil, it will hold the spices, garlic to the meat. ??

I made this tonight for our dinner. It was a big hit with all the family! I also made mashed potatoes and corn for the sides. Used some of the gravy juice on top my mashed potatoes. Yummy! It was so easy to make and tasted and looked like 5 star restaurant quality!
