This method is a winner. I hate cooking fish in the house due to the smell. Additionally, I always overcook fish. Tried this method last night and loved the result: no fishy smell, moist and tasty.

I'm a 36 year old male individual who has never had Salmon before. My 12 year old daughter has had it about a dozen times already. I did this recipe to the "T" and it came out delicious (so says my daughter). Can't wait to go to a fancy restaurant and have it so I can compare and contrast.

(To try and be healthy….i hate fish) I bought salmon and asked if my 11 dollar 8oz salmon was farmed or wild he said farmed the wild was 6 or 8 bucks more!! How much less benefits and more crap does farmed have over wild…..now days the oceans aren't so clean any ways. Especially when Japan has it's nuclear reactors blow up and crap floats around. Cooked two filets and they substantially needed more time to cook. I recommend 30 minutes for 2 large filets on 400 degrees
