Seared Salmon With Lemon Butter Sauce – Pan Seared Salmon Recipe – Dishin’ With Di # 133

Recipe: How to make Salmon with Lemon Butter Sauce: Easy Pan Seared Salmon! Recipe with instructions and measurements Easy fish recipes, that come together fast are perfect for dinner, especially on a weeknight. This simple salmon recipe has few ingredients, but tastes absolutely delicious and is one of the best I’ve made! I hope you enjoy this easy pan seared salmon with lemon butter sauce recipe!

IN THIS EPISODE:
Salmon filets (aka: fillets, salmon steaks) with skin – wild-caught, if possible
*king salmon, Alaskan salmon, sockeye, Atlantic, pink – all suitable for this cooking method
* For salmon without skin, reduce cooking time as needed

*Cooking Salmon: cast iron pan (skillet) or a heavy bottom pan. Pan searing (aka: pan grilling, pan frying) is done at a high heat. When cooking salmon on the stove, a heavy pan is best, because it retains the heat, which helps get the skin of the salmon crispy. It’s a good method and very simple.

Nice dish Di!! Can I use olive oil instead of vegetable oil? And can i exclude the white wine? Will it affect the taste? 🙂

I love my fish with dill and ginger no butter or lemon.
eating fish is for good health but drinking butter with it does not make sense.

Honestly the flour doesn't look or sound like it did anything for the salmon.

…… Who flours salmon? It gets SO nice and crispy all on its own, just pat it dry with a paper towel right before you season

Loved it!!  Make sure you shake off excess flour for those of you who may have overdone it with that.  Use enough canola oil (which I used), you don't have to be that skimpy.  Otherwise this is a great recipe with that awesome sauce!  Even my foodie girl cat is still licking her chops, and she is picky!!! LOL

Lol she said 140 degrees, thermometer reads 141 and climbing they cut to a different scene. Not to mention carryover heat that piece was probably well over 160
