Excellent tutorial. Simple and to the point with perfect results.I love that you use whole garlic and not powder. Makes such a vast difference in the results. I'm sure this could be done with chicken or beef as well.

I have never used such large chunks of garlic. Anybody have any experience with that? I would like to try this but might dice the garlic. Any feedback?
