Little tip:when making the dressing for the second one, if you put the sesame oil in the spoon before the paste, the paste will come off easier.

Peel your broccoli stems–reduce the woody chewiness of the broccoli. Try it. The stem is quite sweet without the peel.

most of the world knows that you massaged kale with a tiny bit of salt and lemon juice or you can just use lemon juice. this came from Jamie Oliver years ago. 🙂

One tip :if u wish ur kale to be soft then u can use water with salt. this helps to soften the kale and its less bitter
